What is this website for?
To check whether your vehicle plate has been released by LTO Region 5, where to claim it — your LTO district office or your dealer — and the date it was released.
How do I check my plate?
Enter your plate number or the MV file number from your Certificate of Registration, then press Check Status. Spaces, dashes and capitalisation do not matter.
What should I bring to claim my plate?
A valid government ID with your Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt. If the plate was released to your dealer, contact the dealer shown on the result.
My plate was not found. What now?
Check the number against your Certificate of Registration and try again. Newly processed plates can take a few working days to appear.
Is my personal information shown?
No. A result shows only the release status, the office or dealer holding the plate, and the date it was released.
